Job summary

Post Acute Care Center at Autumn Lake in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Rehab Aide for a full-time role at $15.00/hour. You will support therapists and residents, helping with daily treatment prep and non-clinical tasks in a collaborative rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions.
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department.
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces.
• Organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment.
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff.
• Assist with general departmental tasks as needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
