Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services in California is hiring a Rehab Aide -FT to join our growing team within a Skilled Nursing Facility and long-term care setting. You will support therapists, transport patients, prep equipment, and help with basic patient care according to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule.
• Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed.
• Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations.
• File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies.
