Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is hiring a Rehab Aide (Full-Time) to support therapists in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will transport patients, prepare equipment, and assist with basic care tasks, ensuring compliance with state regulations and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule.
• Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed.
• Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations.
• File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies.
