Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification as a CNA is required.
• English proficiency and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of rehabilitation services under supervision.
• Transport residents to and from therapy, and aid in therapy activities.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain equipment and medical records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the rehab department.
• Assist with patient transfers and ensure safety and courtesy.
