Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a full-time Rehab Aide (CNA) to work in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams with patient transport, transfer assistance, and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. This position offers growth opportunities and a supportive mentorship environment within a patient-centered rehab program.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) required.
• Writes and understands English; Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in delivery of rehabilitation services under supervision of rehabilitation staff.
• Transports residents to therapy sessions and assists in therapy-related activities.
• Performs clerical duties for maintenance of equipment and medical records.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the rehabilitation area and equipment.
• Handles daily linen and supply needs for the department.
• Completes administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
