Job summary

The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY is seeking staff to assist Therapists in patient treatment within a fast-paced SCI/Neuro PT department. You will also help with housekeeping, clerical tasks and ensure the therapy area stays clean and stocked.

The role requires a High School diploma with 1–2 years of college preferred, and prior patient care experience is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, with occasional Saturday and holiday work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 1–2 years of college preferred.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy therapy environment and on Saturdays/holidays per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Therapists with patient treatment as delegated.
• Assist in housekeeping, clerical, and inventory tasks in the therapy area.

Hourly Rate/Range: $22.6807-$28.5812

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Therapists in providing patient treatment as delegated; assists in assigned housekeeping, clerical, and inventory related tasks in the therapy area as well as maintains physical environment and equipment.

Requirements

High School diploma and 1-2 years of college required. Prefer previous patient care experience and/or goal direction of health care career required. Ability to work in a busy environment. Must be able to work 1 Saturday per month and 2 holidays per year.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
