Job summary

Solaris HealthCare College Park in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Rehab Aide to join the therapy department on a part-time basis. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; CNA license in Florida is preferred, with prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience.

The role supports rehab activities, assists patients during therapy sessions, and maintains confidentiality while working with the therapy team. Familiarity with Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college experience preferred.
• Florida CNA license preferred.
• Post-acute/skilled nursing experience desired.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Rehab software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff in rehab activities and sessions.
• Support patients during exercises and treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with therapy staff and other personnel as needed.

Rehab Aide Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. College experience desired
• Certified Nursing Assistant License CNA License in the state of Florida preferred.
• Prior experience in post-acute/skilled nursing, preferred
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Knowledge of materials and equipment used in physical, occupational and speech therapy.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the therapy staff and other personnel.
• Demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with the demands of both patients and employees
• Must maintain patient and employee confidentiality.
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Programs, Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy a plus.
