Job summary

Many Rivers Whole Health is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver for Great Falls, MT. The role supports clients with daily living, medication prompting, and structured activities in a sober, recovery-focused home environment.

Evening shift 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, non-exempt, with DOE pay. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, MT driver's license, and be in recovery for two years with no recent incarcerations or hospitalizations. Join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of job-related experience preferred.
• Must have MT driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Must be in recovery for two years with no incarceration, hospitalization, or inpatient admission exceeding 72 hours in the last two years.
• Must have some knowledge and experience of mental illness and/or substance use treatment and its impact on consumers/families.
• Willing to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep and home care.
• Provide supervision to clients for safety and wellbeing.
• Support structure and routine for clients.
• Prompt clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Foster a substance-free sober environment.
• Develop and facilitate social and recreational activities for clients.
• Monitor for relapse signs and report to clinical staff.
• Document all client activities and required trainings.
• Respond to clients in crisis appropriately.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance with SUD 42 CFR.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Duties:

• Assists in matters related to daily living such as the procurement of food, meal preparation, care and maintenance of the home.
• Provides a level of supervision to the clients geared toward client safety and wellbeing.
• Helps provide structure for the clients.
• Assists in prompting clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Will help provide a substance free sober environment within the home.
• Develops and facilitates social and recreational activities for clients.
• Monitors the clients for signs of relapse into substance use or drug seeking behaviors. Reports suspected use or drug seeking behaviors to clinical staff.
• Engages in activities with the clients
• Completes all required trainings.
• Completes all documentation required for the clients in this role. Completes other forms of documentation as deemed necessary in compliance with MRWH policies.
• Able to respond to clients in crisis in the appropriate manner.
• HIPAA Compliance with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 42 CFR.
• Must be willing to work nights, overnights, weekends, and scheduled holidays.
• Must have a MT driver's license, personal vehicle, and current insurance.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
