Responsibilities

  • Oversee the programs quality assurance and productivity requirements.
  • Advise Executive Team of program needs and strategic planning.
  • Act as primary representative for Cascade County programs.
  • Identify and implement departmental changes for efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate with directors and department heads to support goals.
  • Oversee leaders and professionals for Cascade County clinical programs and sites.
  • Manage budget for Clinical Services, including billing and payor knowledge.
  • Assist in contract development and policy writing.
  • Provide HR support for staff hiring and terminations.
  • Provide training for clinical interviews and mental status exams.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance improvements.
  • Offer consultation to outside agencies and the public.
  • Participate in staffing of cases and emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and agency platforms.

Cascade County Service Line Director

Full Time Great Falls, MT, US

Full-Time | Exempt | Great Falls

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the programs quality assurance and productivity requirements are being adhered to; regulatory adherence to include audits.
  • Advise the Executive Team of program needs, development, and engage in strategic planning.
  • Is the primary representative for the Cascade County programs.
  • Identifying and implementing departmental changes to enhance efficiency, productivity and innovation.
  • Collaborating with other directors and department heads to support company goals and teamwork.
  • Oversee leaders and other professional personnel for Cascade County clinical programs and sites.
  • Responsible for adherence and development of the Cascade County budget for Clinical Services, with knowledge of billing, reimbursement, and payor systems.
  • Assists in the development of contracts with other agencies and policy writing.
  • Support and implement MRWH policies and decisions.
  • Works with HR to screen, hire, and recommend termination of clinic services leaders and employees.
  • Oversee and approves training to employees to conduct clinical interviews, complete mental status examinations, and follow their code of ethics.
  • Completes employee evaluations and administer performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Provides consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public as assigned.
  • Provides consultation with other employees as necessary and participates in staffing of cases.
  • May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours.
  • Maintains clinical knowledge and operations of electronic health care and other agency platforms.
  • Participation in in-service training and travel is required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Member of Senior Leadership Team and Clinical Directors Team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five years’ post-licensure experience is required.
  • LCPC, LCSW, or LFMT licensure required.
  • Supervisory experience and travel is required.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft programs.
  • Required knowledge of concepts, theories, principles, practices and methods of counseling related to mental health, substance use, and co-occurring treatment, and the ability to apply this knowledge to find unique and unprecedented solutions to client’s behavioral health challenges. Also required is knowledge of therapies, clinical intake assessment, and the provision of behavioral health consultation and education. Must have good organizational and leadership experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of the field of behavioral health and of the principles of delivery of behavioral health services; thorough knowledge of community resources useful in the treatment and prevention of emotional maladjustment.
  • Thorough knowledge of theory and practice in the field of specialization at a level appropriate for the training and experience required, thorough knowledge of the principles of community organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of principles and methods of supervision and inservice training, and the ability to supervise others. Ability to foster a positive, engaged, and accountable culture.
  • Ability to give inservice training; to secure professional, psychological or social work data and to record such data systematically; to interpret and evaluate the data and develop recommendations; and to write clear and accurate reports.

Wage: $70,000 annually + DOE

All Positions at Many Rivers Whole Health must pass Background Checks and Motor Vehicle Record Check as well as a background check with DPHHS. Will be required to take Sexual Abuse Training.
