Job summary

Select Specialty Hospitals in Akron/Canton seeks a Clinical Liaison to guide patients through pre-admission processes and coordinate care with clinicians for rehabilitation services. You will cultivate relationships with case managers and physicians to streamline transfers from referring hospitals.

The role requires RN or RT licensure and multi-state eligibility, with a track record in healthcare sales/marketing.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as RN or RT.
• Two years of related clinical healthcare experience; experience in clinical liaison or sales/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops target lists of contacts and decision-makers in assigned hospitals.
• Educates referral sources on rehabilitation services.
• Supports Sales and Marketing through educational programs, tours, meetings in hospitals.
• Drives relationships with case managers, physicians and clinicians at referring facilities.
• Coordinates patient transfers and addresses barriers to accessing rehab care.
• Identifies expansion opportunities with senior leadership.
