Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business, management or allied health.
• CRRN credentialing within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources and payers to optimize admissions.
• Assesses patient needs, rehab potential and care goals for admission decisions.
• Facilitates pre-admission insurance authorization and payer communications.
• Coordinates admission planning and pre-screening for Rehab Unit admissions.
• Represents the rehab unit in community outreach to develop referrals.
