Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Rehab Liaison to coordinate admissions and care across the continuum of services. The role ensures timely preadmission screens, optimal resource use, and collaboration with Administration, LSW, RN, and MD for complex cases.

Responsibilities include marketing services to the assigned territory, traveling up to 50%, and participating in community outreach events and physician networking to expand referral networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and medical terminology knowledge expected.
• 1+ year of clinical experience as RN, PT, OT, SPL, or RCP.
• Current SC professional license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and care across the continuum of services.
• Ensure timely completion of preadmission screens.
• Review resource use and advocate for efficient utilization of services.
• Consult with Administration, LSW, RN, and MD on complex cases.
• Market services to the assigned territory; travel up to 50%.
• Represent the program at community outreach events and physician networking.
