Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an Allied Health field; five years related experience.
• Currently licensed or eligible as a RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing or as a Speech-Language Pathologist, OT, PT or social worker.
• CPR certification required. CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to verify benefits and determine SRC payer network status.
• Request and receive admission authorization for SRC.
• Complete pre-admission documentation in HealthQuest.
• Discuss financial obligations with patient or responsible party; inform Rehab Liaison about status.
