BakeMark in the United States is seeking a Regulatory Technologist to perform a variety of duties under direct supervision related to ingredient and finished product specifications, labeling, specification management systems, and other regulatory assignments.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer requests for documentation, supporting kosher and other certifications, coordinating with certification bodies, and assisting with internal projects. BakeMark is an equal opportunity employer.

• Support applications to certification agencies as needed
• Support special internal projects as needed
