You will work with customers to define specifications and timelines, gather data through observation and interviews, and organize materials to high standards of structure and clarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; specialization in technical communication/ professional writing preferred.
• 1–3 years experience as a technical writer/documentation specialist or similar.
• Experience with Information Mapping or similar content-organization tools required.
• Experience in cGMP or diagnostics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create or edit content for procedures and technical publications.
• Collaborate with customers to determine specifications, requirements, and timelines.
• Gather data through observation, interviews, and research of materials.
• Organize materials to organizational standards for structure, style, and clarity.
• Support process-improvement initiatives for document management and control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
