AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Strategic Planning to lead project management for Global Regulatory Product Teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts across the regulatory lifecycle. The role drives milestones, schedules, and governance to ensure successful execution and continual improvement.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) at the Lake County, IL headquarters.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, medical technology, pharmacology) or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in science, math, business, or engineering preferred.
• Certifications such as RAC and PMI-PMP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides project management leadership for GRPTs and tracks regulatory milestones.
• Plans and facilitates GRPT meetings and ensures action items are completed.
• Interacts with stakeholders across the enterprise to communicate progress and issues.
• Drives GRPT operations and maintains team sites, rosters, and schedules.
• Plans process improvements and uses governance to drive changes.
