Job summary

Syngenta Group in the NA region seeks a Regulated and Stewardship Specialist to oversee quality and stewardship for nursery seed production and trialing teams in Slater, IA. You will ensure compliant handling of regulated materials, including GM and GE traits, to support effective pipeline delivery and field readiness.

Collaborating with Regulatory, Trialing, Operations and Scientists, you will lead QA methods, training resources, document management, audits, risk analysis and incident response

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, biology or related field or 5+ years' experience in agricultural operations.
• Knowledge of Regulated/Stewarded guidelines and quality management practices.
• Experience with RegOne tool is a plus.
• US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new processes to meet regulatory and quality control requirements.
• Manage MoC processes for regulated/stewarded changes.
• Coordinate QA methods in NA nurseries.
• Present Quality & Stewardship metrics to leaders.
• Lead audits and investigations, including RCA.
