Qualifications

• Registered Professional Nurse with current NY license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical practice.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and quality improvement techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of Accreditation and Licensing standards and applies them in duties.
• Supports regulatory activities, including survey readiness and compliance.
• Acts as liaison to hospital administration as designated by senior leadership.
• Pursues professional development through education, seminars, and webinars.
• Participates in committees and supports patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Assists in developing and implementing the Regulatory Readiness Plan.
