Job summary

Tetra Tech seeks a Constituent Services Manager to act as a key liaison among project leadership, local governments, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. You will help ensure activities comply with federal, state, and local requirements and support timely issue resolution.

This hybrid, full-time role supports Florida's statewide non-congregate sheltering program, coordinating permitting, zoning, land use, and utility coordination while tracking actions and maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with municipalities, counties, regulatory agencies, utilities, or other public-sector stakeholders.
• Ability to research, interpret, organize, and communicate jurisdictional requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Florida, as required.
• Resume required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Research and document local jurisdictional requirements for non-congregate sheltering facilities.
• Coordinate with municipalities, counties, utility providers, planning departments, and building officials.
• Track permits, inspections, and other jurisdictional actions.
• Develop summaries, briefing materials, and status reports for internal and client use.
• Support communications with elected officials and community stakeholders.
