Coda Search is seeking a Regulatory Specialist who will report to the Vice President of Quality Control & Regulatory. The role involves independently working with customers to provide regulatory information in accordance with US and international regulations.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or other related science fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer documentation to satisfy requests, including regulatory documents such as FDA/FEMA-GRAS, allergen letters, food certifications, and country of origin documents.
• Support management in regulatory tasks and special projects to improve efficiency.
• Participate in company audits (internal, customer, regulatory).
• Manage quality documentation including vendor approvals.
• Interface with all departments to satisfy customer requests.
• Investigate problems or issues thoroughly and promptly.
