Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is hiring a Regulatory Risk Manager to drive audit readiness and manage accreditation across the organization. You will own the end-to-end relationship with accrediting bodies and serve as SME on accreditation standards, coordinating reviews and guiding cross-functional teams to close gaps with urgency.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent healthcare compliance or regulatory auditing experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing experience.
• Active or able to obtain a pharmacy technician license within 1 year of hire.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Amazon Pharmacy and accrediting agencies.
• Own completion of the accreditation audit including evidence compilation and policy submission.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to ensure policies/trainings stay current with accreditation standards.
• Develop and deliver communications to leadership regarding accreditation requirements.
• Assist with delegation audits and external regulatory reviews as required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accreditation processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
