Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing.
• Active/unrestricted pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; mentoring others.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Amazon Pharmacy and accreditation partners.
• Own accreditation audit: evidence collection, policy submission, prep, logistics, onsite facilitation.
• Monitor operational processes for accreditation compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure policies and training stay current with accreditation standards.
• Develop clear communications to leadership on requirements and changes.
• Support delegation audits and regulatory reviews with documentation.
• Identify and implement scalable accreditation improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
