Job summary

Required are 10+ years in the role within banking/finance, strong SQL/PLSQL, and experience with FR 2052A. You will liaise across business, regulatory, and IT teams to implement compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Technical Business Analyst/Developer in a financial institution.
• Hands-on regulatory reporting experience with FR 2052A.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL and data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize business requirements related to regulatory reporting.
• Design and implement functional and technical solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code (packages, procedures, functions).
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation of regulatory reports.
• Lead functional testing and support regulatory submissions.
• Act as a liaison between business users, regulatory teams, and IT.
• Support production issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
