Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to own recurring report production, validation, and delivery. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across regulatory and client reports, maintain schedules, and support audit requests.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SAP BusinessObjects or QlikView, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and large-volume data manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run and provide requested reports on or before the due date using reporting tools such as SAP BusinessObjects and QlikView.
• Perform quality assurance on each report and validate accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Deliver reports to final recipients through secure email or SFTP.
• Maintain reporting schedules, validation guides, and operational documentation.
• Support investigation and resolution of reporting issues and assist with audit requests.
