Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner Proxy to lead discovery and requirements for regulatory reporting. You will translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and automation specs, and own backlog refinement while coordinating UAT and business validation.

In this role you will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and QA to define mappings, rules, and workflows for automated reports, ensuring regulatory and data quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis or product ownership.
• Experience in reporting environments (lab, quality, regulatory).
• Ability to translate complex business processes into actionable user stories.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business SMEs and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and regulatory reporting requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and automation specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and SME interviews to analyze current-state reporting processes, pain points, manual activities, data sources, and automation opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize the reporting automation backlog and roadmap based on business value, regulatory risk, data readiness, complexity, and implementation dependencies.
• Partner with architects, data engineers, reporting developers, and QA to define source-to-output mappings, business rules, reporting workflows, validation controls, and target reporting solutions.
• Support UAT and business validation, ensuring automated reports meet functional, regulatory, data quality, and traceability requirements.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, providing functional clarification and supporting backlog refinement throughout implementation.
