Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Regulatory Reporting professional to own and optimize the US regulatory reporting program for digital assets, including stablecoins. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Business and Product, and Data Analytics to document requirements, implement tracking, and maintain end-to-end processes for regulator-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years leading regulatory reporting programs in regulated financial services.
• Solid understanding of US compliance for stablecoins, digital assets, payments, or custody.
• Experience engaging with US federal/state regulators on reporting and submissions.
• Ability to navigate on-chain and off-chain data sources for regulator-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US regulatory reporting program for digital assets including stablecoin activities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into reporting specifications, data definitions and plans.
• Manage lifecycle from data sourcing to submission with audit readiness.
• Maintain robust reporting controls, data quality checks, and issue remediation.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Data, and Product.
• Lead change management for new/ evolving stablecoin regulations and product changes.
• Produce regulator-ready documentation for supervisory reviews.
• Serve as primary contact during regulatory exams and inquiries.
