Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in the USA to analyze client business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document SOPs and workflows aligned with regulatory reporting, AML, capital markets and derivatives.

Collaborate with technical teams to benchmark solutions, research third-party products, and coordinate implementation while ensuring BRD/FRD use cases and change control across financial services projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory reporting / AML / Capital Markets / Derivatives.
• Experience in Data Analysis, validating business requirements and documenting BRD/FRD and Use Cases.
• Familiarity with SDLC methods such as Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and coordinate with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and workflows; draft SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions addressing setup issues and support in developing and maintaining SOPs.
