Job summary

Infosys’ Financial Services unit in the United States is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 to analyze client treasury processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document configurations and SOPs. You will work with cross-functional teams across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

Ideal candidates have experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, cash management, Forex, and liquidity forecasting, plus strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field.
• Three years of progressive experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system configurations, SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth research on third‑party products within the domain and provide comparative analysis.
• Coordinate solution implementation and support SOP maintenance for stability post-implementation.
