Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in the Financial Services unit to analyze client processes, perform benchmarking, and document SOPs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and assess third-party products within regulatory reporting, AML, capital markets, and derivatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate or travel; US-based candidates authorized to work without sponsorship are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory reporting /AML/ Capital Markets/Derivatives.
• Experience in Data Analysis, documenting business requirements, BRD/FRD & Use Cases.
• Experience with SDLC methods like Agile / SCRUM and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices

• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Regulatory reporting /AML/ Capital Markets/Derivatives
• Experience in Data Analysis, analyzing, validating and documenting business requirements, preparing BRD, FRD & Use Cases
• Experience in SDLC methods like Agile / SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in Transaction reporting in CFTC, EMIR, MiFID II
• Experience in Trade surveillance
• Experience in Python or any other data analysis tool is an added advantage

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details

• Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Pennington, NJ will be Min $90,722 to Max $121,524
