Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 to analyze client business processes within the Financial Services domain, identify optimization opportunities, and drive alignment with industry standards. You will collaborate with technical teams, document configurations, and conduct product research to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes benchmarking, governance, risk & compliance, and regulatory reporting, with responsibilities spanning requirement elicitation, data validation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services governance, risk & compliance (GRC) and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with data validation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis.
• Experience with financial domain processes, risk management, risk assessments and data requirements.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices


• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights


• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector


• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability


• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Financial Services domain expertise in one or more of the following areas - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Regulatory Reporting, Financial Risk.


• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, functional analysis, and Data validation.


• Experience with financial domain business processes, risk management, risk assessments and process definition, data feeds and requirement elicitation

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience & expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and managing stakeholder interactions.


• Experience SQL, Agile methodologies & prefer GRC tools (Archer, IBM Open pages)

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
