Innova Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Automation Consultant for a 13-month engagement in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on delivering regulator-aligned reporting and designing scalable automation with technology teams, moving reporting into production.

The ideal candidate will have FR Y 14Q, CCAR and Basel experience, plus hands-on ETL, SQL, Java/Spring Boot, and BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau). Expect a compensation range aligned to hourly market rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulator-aligned reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of FR Y 14Q, CCAR and Basel reporting.
• Experience with ETL, SQL, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with Copilot/GenAI for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of accurate, timely regulator-aligned reporting.
• Design scalable automation solutions and partner with technology teams to production.
• Modernize reporting infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and reduce regulatory risk.
• Document current-state processes, controls, and data dependencies.
