Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, or related field.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting and financial statements.
• Experience working with large quantities of data, including reconciliation and process management.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results oriented with ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced data transformation skills using Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and macros a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end production of the FR Y-15 regulatory report for JPMorgan Chase & Co., filed quarterly with the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Understand complex reporting methodologies and align facts with applicable teams.
• Perform internal controls, variance analysis, cross-report reconciliations, and issue investigations.
• Prepare reporting analyses, presentations, and supporting documentation for quarterly governance and regulatory reviews.
• Enhance controls and efficiency of financial reporting, track data quality, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Treasury, Technology, and business lines to support regulatory reporting.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inquiries with analyses and documentation.
• Maintain reporting documentation, processes, and governance artifacts to ensure compliance.
• Assess and implement regulatory reporting changes from new activities and system enhancements.
• Maintain familiarity with accounting pronouncements and regulatory instructions.
• Work extended hours during peak periods, including some weekends.
