JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a GSIB Regulatory Reporting Associate to support end-to-end production and integrity of FR Y-15 reporting. You will collaborate across Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Lines of Business to analyze data, perform controls, and prepare governance materials.

The role demands strong analytical skills, 4+ years in regulatory or financial reporting, and advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint capabilities. Weekend work may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, or a related field.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting and financial statements
• Experience working with large quantities of data, including strong reconciliation and process management experience
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
• Results oriented / delivery focused; ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Advanced data transformation skills using Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and macros a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end production of the FR Y-15 regulatory report for JPMorgan Chase & Co., filed quarterly with the Fed.
• Understand complex reporting methodologies and align with applicable teams.
• Perform key internal controls and QA procedures, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare reporting analyses, materials, and documentation for governance and regulatory review.
• Enhance controls and efficiency of financial reporting processes; track data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Treasury, Technology, and LOBs to support reporting production.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inquiries with analyses and docs.
• Maintain and improve reporting documentation, processes, and governance artifacts.
• Assess and implement regulatory reporting changes from new business activities and system enhancements.
• Maintain familiarity with accounting pronouncements and regulatory instructions.
• Work extended hours during peak periods, including some weekends.
