Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Lead (VP) to drive regulatory reporting excellence across the enterprise. This role can be based in Pittsburgh, Birmingham or Cleveland, with a strong emphasis on governance, policy direction and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll interpret FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 and Call Report requirements, lead end-to-end change initiatives, and partner with Risk, Compliance and Audit to strengthen controls and ensure accurate submissions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and related accounting considerations.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading regulatory change and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory reporting advisory support for new products, transactions, and organizational changes.
• Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and develop technical positions for accounting, capital, liquidity, and financial reporting.
• Monitor regulatory and accounting developments and assess impact on reporting processes.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory change implementation, including stakeholder communication and readiness.
• Maintain governance standards and interpretive guidance across the enterprise.
