N26 is seeking a Complaints Compliance and Prevention Manager to lead regulatory remediation, preventive controls, and cross-functional delivery across markets. You will guide 2LoD/3LoD interfaces, maintain SfO statements, and drive RCA-based enhancements to prevent defects while collaborating with Product, Tech, and Legal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in compliance or audit remediation in finance, with German and English proficiency, and strong stakeholder leadership in a regulated

Competenze

• Minimal requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in compliance controls, internal audit, assurance or governance in the German finance space.
• Full working proficiency in German and English language.
• Background with banking operations, regulatory compliance, or audit remediation, including leading people or major workstreams in complaint management or dispute resolution.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end regulatory remediation roadmap delivery, aligning ToD/ToE milestones with BaFin expectations.
• Build, govern, and scale preventive RCA framework to eliminate defects.
• Maintain, update, and own Written Orders (SfO) and related procedures across markets.
• Serve as primary operational contact for 2LoD, 3LoD, and external regulators.
• Direct and mentor L3 team members in cross-functional alignment with Product, Tech, Legal, and CS.
