Job summary

HealthPartners seeks an Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to advance regulatory readiness and reduce organizational risk across Regions and Methodist hospitals. You will lead inspection surveys, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, MDH and OSHA standards.

The role reports to the Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance and supports both Regions Hospital (75%) and Methodist Hospital to promote high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of healthcare-related project management experience.
• Two years of experience in accreditation, regulatory compliance, quality, risk management, patient safety, or related healthcare function.
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards (TJC, CMS, MDH, etc.).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, building codes, and fire and life safety standards.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve regulatory readiness and risk reduction.
• Monitor changes in accreditation standards; perform gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Coordinate audits, surveys, and external agency responses.
• Develop and deliver regulatory readiness training and communications.
• Represent the department on hospital-wide committees and collaborate with leaders.
