Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Accreditation and Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory readiness initiatives across facilities. The role requires Nursing or related healthcare education, Indiana licensure, and 5–7 years of experience with 3–5 years in team leadership, plus CPHQ or equivalent certification.

The position is fully onsite at Methodist Hospital, with direct reports and frequent collaboration with nursing and medical staff to ensure compliance and performance improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare field required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Active Indiana license as healthcare professional (RN/other).
• 3-5 years leading teams preferred.
• CPHQ certification or similar regulatory certification required.
• Experience in leading complex projects or performance improvement.
• Interfacility surveying and in-state overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Guides regulatory readiness programs across multiple facilities or a region.
• Coaches to ensure high performance among direct reports and delegates assignments.
• Ensures proactive communications with leaders, providers and teams to keep readiness statuses transparent.
• Partners with system regulatory leaders to execute standard readiness program components.
• Participates in interfacility survey activities and supports enterprise readiness needs.
