Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant administrative/regulatory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and tact when dealing with professionals.
• Strong communications skills for interacting with administration, faculty, students, and the public.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to direct multiple projects and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support on regulatory and compliance topics, including DOB and housing agencies.
• Evaluate regulatory issues, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with Finance and Compliance.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, organize floor plans, and manage technical information.
• Plan and ensure schedules for executives and residential construction management staff.
