Job summary

Success hinges on strong PM discipline, communication, and the ability to learn PGE’s regulatory environment quickly. A bachelor’s degree and PMP are preferred; a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in project management or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead minor-sized regulatory dockets; coordinate with regulatory and business SMEs for filings and testimony.
• Develop project plans with WBS, schedule, cost baselines; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operations managers for strategic alignment and cost control; manage vendor contracts.
• Prepare program communications and progress reports; maintain project documentation and lessons learned.
• Mentor team members; ensure adherence to PM methodologies and governance.
