Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Commerce seeks a Program Coordinator IV in Wake County to manage timely reviews and develop recommendations for telecom filings, water and sewer resale, and HHG audits. You will work in the Transportation/Water-Reseller/Telecom section to ensure compliance and support informed decisions, interfacing with regulators, utilities, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review proposals for rate changes and service adjustments by utility companies.
  • Respond to federal and state regulations and provide guidance.
  • Prepare recommendations for the North Carolina Utilities Commission on HHG claims and audits; support regulatory processes.
