• Significant experience with Veeva RIM operations.
• Experience implementing digital solutions in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end operations of a RIIM sub-unit with regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead platform lifecycle management, governance, and cross-system integration.
• Define KPIs and drive data-driven continuous improvement with analytics.
• Collaborate with BSOs, IT, Finance, HR, and vendors to shape the platform roadmap.
• Manage subunit budget, vendor contracts, and workforce planning.
