Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE at the time the degree was obtained.
• Minimum of one year of professional pharmacy experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations related to pharmaceutical regulation, including inspections, licensing, compliance monitoring, and enforcement actions for pharmacies and pharmaceutical entities.
• Provides leadership to Pharmacist Inspectors, Pharmaceutical Investigators, and Health Licensing Specialists.
• Oversees licensing processes for pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, automated dispensing systems, and other regulated entities.
