Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medicaid/Medicare payer operations, revenue cycle, or regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization processing.
• Experience supporting audits, surveys, compliance reviews, or regulatory inspections.
• Strong Microsoft Office and documentation management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local regulatory, payer, and operations lead for the Centennial office.
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance across licensing, accreditation, and payer requirements.
• Coordinate mock surveys, audits, and readiness assessments; report findings and corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to support eligibility, authorizations, documentation, reimbursement, and claims.
• Coordinate collection of supporting documentation for internal and payer audits; manage record retrieval and submission deadlines.
