Job summary

The Regulatory & Payer Operations Support Specialist at Coloplast in Minneapolis serves as the office‑level regulatory, payer, and operational support lead. You coordinate Medicaid and payer surveys, insurance verification, prior authorization support, audits, and medical records retrieval while partnering with clinical, revenue cycle, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Medicaid, Medicare, payer operations, revenue cycle, healthcare reimbursement, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorization processing, or payer communications.
• Experience supporting audits, surveys, compliance reviews, or regulatory inspections.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and documentation management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory, payer, and operational support across the local office.
• Serve as liaison for Medicaid agencies, managed care, and payer representatives.
• Conduct insurance eligibility checks and manage prior authorization tracking.
• Coordinate collection of documentation for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain office records, onboarding, and compliance with company policies.
