Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Commercial Banking Regulatory Onboarding Support Analyst to assist a remediation initiative for a financial services client. The role centers on reviewing large volumes of client documentation to verify KYC, CIP, and BOCP compliance and proper classification.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive, documentation-intensive work, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or documentation-intensive administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies across large volumes of information.
• Ability to navigate imaging systems, document management platforms, and internal databases.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately associate documentation with the correct client or entity.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong data entry, research, and documentation management skills.

Responsabilités

• Review large volumes of commercial banking client documentation within imaging systems, document repositories, and internal databases.
• Verify the presence and completeness of required KYC, CIP, and BOCP documentation for commercial banking clients.
• Identify missing, incomplete, incorrectly indexed, or improperly classified documents requiring remediation.
• Research and match documentation to the appropriate commercial banking client or business entity.
• Correct document identification and classification issues in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Identify documentation gaps and flag exceptions for additional review or escalation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of completed reviews, identified deficiencies, and remediation activities.
• Follow established workflows, quality standards, and regulatory compliance procedures throughout the review process.
