Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in medical marijuana, cannabis regulation, or seed-to-sale operations.
• Knowledge of seed-to-sale, inventory traceability, and reporting.
• Experience with government regulators or regulated ecosystems.
• Ability to explain complex regulated operations to diverse stakeholders.
