Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required
• Master's degree in healthcare field preferred
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare compliance, licensing and certification, operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, law, or related field
• Experience with healthcare licensing and certification or healthcare corporate compliance issues is preferred
• Certifications such as CHC/CHPC/CHRC/CPC/CCS are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of annual hospital and facility license renewals across the system
• Manage multiple licensing projects concurrently to meet deadlines
• Collect documents and information for licensing packets and communicate with stakeholders
• Lead project management meetings and document action items
• Coordinate on-site facility surveys and prepare teams for survey readiness
• Apply for initial Medicare and Medicaid enrollments for new hospitals and provider types
• Maintain and revalidate existing Medicare/Medicaid enrollments in CMS PECOS system
• Administer CMS Physician Time Study and CMS Lay Transplant Time Study with quarterly and monthly reporting
• Perform additional duties as required
