Job summary

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN or higher preferred, and a track record in leadership, regulatory knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration within a healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 5 years RN experience or 3 years with BSN including 1 year supervisory.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS required.
• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes unit compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Educates clinic staff on regulatory standards and staff credentialing.
• Collaborates with leadership to plan quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitors compliance with OSHA and infection control requirements.
• Supports performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Assists with staff orientation and credentialing for new hires.
• Promotes front-line accountability across the department.
