Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and review infrastructure upgrades, DER programs, and grid modernization efforts.
  • Develop monitoring plan and conduct site surveys for regulatory oversight.
  • Coordinate utilities for construction efficiencies and advise on process improvements.
  • Read and analyze electrical, telecom, and gas blueprints for project evaluation.
  • Collaborate with economists on business models, ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert supporting the Commission’s strategic direction.
