Radiant in El Segundo, CA is hiring a Manager, Regulatory Engineering to lead license applications for a first-of-a-kind nuclear microreactor. You will manage regulatory submissions, timelines, and interactions between regulators and engineers to secure authorization for deployment.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate across internal teams, and help modernize licensing paths while advancing critical nuclear technology to market.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory requirements related to nuclear programs.
• Ability to interface with regulators and engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation.
